All Alder Jewellers Paris pieces are designed in our Parisian studio and handcrafted by master artisans using ethically sourced 18k gold and premium gemstones.
What is your international shipping policy?
We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders over €500. For orders below this amount, a flat rate applies depending on your location. All shipments are fully insured.
How do I determine my correct ring size?
We provide a comprehensive digital sizing guide on our website. Alternatively, you can request a physical ring sizer to be mailed to you, or visit our Paris flagship for a professional fitting.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with all security tags attached. Custom-made and engraved pieces are final sale.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, every purchase includes a two-year manufacturing warranty that covers any structural defects. We also provide one complimentary professional cleaning and inspection within the first year.
Can I request a bespoke or customized design?
